After my first baby, I felt lost in my own body.

I felt completely unprepared for what happened after birth.

The changes in my pelvic floor were overwhelming, confusing, and honestly, heartbreaking. I didn’t recognize myself — physically or emotionally. It affected how I moved, how I showed up as a mother, and how I felt in my own skin.

Even with all my background in movement, anatomy, and bodywork, I couldn’t find the help I needed. Pelvic floor therapists were booked for months, and most of the online resources felt either too clinical or too simplistic — they didn’t speak to what I was actually feeling inside.

So, I started to explore on my own. I listened deeply to my body. I pulled from everything I knew — movement, mindfulness, breathwork, anatomy, and intuition — and began to piece together my own healing path.Slowly, things began to change. My body softened and strengthened in new ways. I started to feel connected again — to my core, to my femininity, to myself.

That experience changed everything.Now I’m here to share what I learned with other women who are ready to heal too — to move past pain and disconnection, and come home to their bodies again.

As I started to recover and see improvements, I created video courses, classes, and even a card deck to address the core and pelvic floor’s vital role in overall well-being.
